You missed one important change. Trump has added a 10% tariff on everything (in violation of existing agreement) and all signs are that he aims to keep that. Presumably the agreement will be for S. Korea to increase their tariffs to match? And match steel tariffs as well?

Some differences worth noting: This is an "agreement of understanding" and not a free trade agreement. Unlike the existing KORUS agreement, it likely won't pass Congress, so won't bind future administrations. In turn, this means it provides minimal incentive to make enduring investments.
