you are correct about "1936" on the legend... HOWEVER, you get my point. The shifting borders have been a fact in Eastern Europe for 1000 years... most recently in the break-up of Yugoslavia. MY POINT is that the US should stay out of the 1000-year problem. We are not qualified to resolve it.
