The problem is political, not legal. Cases are slow in federal court, especially complex ones. My cases were still ongoing in fed court when I left defense work after 2 years. Also, they didn’t limit much evidence in Trump v. U.S. SCOTUS didn’t do much in this area. Sorry, but this is on voters.
