These strikes need to be planned & coordinated so they're done en mass to be effective. Spontaneous protesting is good. But a big strike & protest needs a coalition to plan a nationwide protest that leads to sustained resistance -- striking, serious boycotting, a shadow gov with spokespeople.
Unfortunately it's very difficult to make happen. When it's stuff where people have built unions over many years, then you already have an infrastructure for large protests, but even those can pale in comparison to what you'd need for an effective nationwide protest.

Very irresponsible of you to call for that. If a DOJ attorney does not want to work for the Trump DOJ, hen s/he should resign. But going on "strike" in contravention of and injury to the of the rights and interests of a client is not only unethical and a breach of the RPR, but a disbarable offense.
