I'll avoid my instinct of "You already seem to be good looking" and go for a "Yeah! You can do it!" instead. Get more into gym or other exercise stuff by using it as an excuse to dress in cool looking tracksuits or sweatbands or something, since you always seem pretty good with outfits?
The trick is layering. Wear a coat over a jacket over a hoodie (or whichever order you prefer) and maybe a couple different pairs of pants. Make sure the outermost layer is dark enough to maximize sunlight absorption, then head outside as summer comes in.
