Lots of replies please, because we're really curious..
You have just 40'x20' (12m x 6m). A 5m polytunnel and a very small tool shed, what would you grow π±?
A minimum of 25% must be for food #flowers #pollinators #tomatoes #cucumbers #carrots #potatoes
.. and why?

Fruit - raspberries, gooseberries, black, red, pink & white currants, apple, damson.
Veg - peas, broad, runner, french beans, chard, courgettes, garlic, shallots 1/2
Herbs - thyme, sage, rosemary
Perennial veg - 2 x kales, babingtons leeks, walking onions, sorrel
Dahlias, sweet peas
This year - lots of winter squash outside and tomatoes, melons and aubergine in the tunnel, plus coloured potatoes in bags
Iβd grow tomatoes for sustenance, lavender for serenity,
wildflowers for the pollinators that keep the world alive,
and potatoesβbecause resilience starts from the roots.β
Most of rest for soft fruit. High value and almost always comes in plastic containers.
Few Charlotte spuds. Freshly dug, butter & black pepper, heaven
Some salad leaves / lettuces
Def trellis, though.
I'm going to live vicariously thru your garden! :P
Food that I like:
Cut-and-come-again greens (chard and red russian kale). Spring onions.
Lots of herbs for me and my bunny.
A couple of blueberry bushes.
Why?........there is never enough purple in the world.

I recon thatβd fit! Vertical growing.
Iβd leave potatoes carrots and onion to the local farmer.
