We pushed it out the way and she was getting in it when we came back down. Didn't apologise once. Felt fully entitled to do what she did.

That'dbe considered pretty normal in Scotland where our present govt have prioritised private motors and mad all hospital parking free, and thus indiscriminate.
But I'm surprised there wasn't some enforcement down in England to stop this.
