Agreed. As a former conservative, I voted against him for his first term. I’ve been proud to vote for him since then. He helped Canada get through so much and definitely doesn’t deserve the hate he got. I’m a red dot in a very conservative riding, unfortunately.

I’ll be hopeful, and I’m doing what I can. Hubby is conservative but he liked what Chrétien and Martin did with the economy so hopefully I can help him understand that Carney would be wonderful. I’m in Ontario where Ford has foisted an early election for this month, during a record winter.
