I had COVID in March 2020. As a result, I became diabetic (T2), hypertensive, and hyperlipidemic. With medication, diet and careful exercise, I am ok. I just got lab work done and the numbers are fine. I still feel weird though. As if trapped in a stranger's body. Avoid COVID. 😷
