Except to add ‘we’re fucked’. There are so many devastating diseases I cared for at the beginning of my nursing career in the PICU, that are probably not even taught in nursing schools. Thankfully I and all my descendants are fully vaccinated. Some sibs made other choices (out of fear/ignorance).😢
