and then if you dont do that and leave yourself to your own thoughts its snippets from the "Previously in Your Life" recap which you cant skip no matter how much you want to.
Why not consider adding value to ‘taking the first watch’ by becoming extremely anxious about issues that were completely inconsequential during daylight hours? For example, remember that thing you did that was mortifying when you were 17?? Yup… there it is.
