Remember folks, if you're protesting and someone starts goading you to get violent, they're a cop.
If you get arrested or detained in any way, ask, "Am I free to go?" If they say yes, walk away. No? Shut the fuck up. Don't say anything else without a lawyer.
Good trouble, friends. Get busy.

We were with her just in case.

protest went as all of ours do.
They're not they're on accident.
Look for odd colored spray paint on shoes, or arm or leg bands or scarves with strange colors. A small group of them will have the same color scheme.
Often dressed in black to appear as rebels.
Where cops gather before protests, look for odd colors of spray paint on nearby buildings, poles or walls.
It will match the paint on the rookie cops.
I don't think they thought it would be this big anywhere. This was Sacramento State Capitol building.
Once you invoke the fifth you have to not say anything. If you start talking again the courts have ruled you gave it up. So say all the stuff about your name or whatever you’re going to divulge first
Also you can’t say “I think I should talk to a lawyer” it has to be like “I specifically demand to speak to a lawyer as per my right”
Silence equals consent. If they make some statement and searching you or your vehicle, tell them no they do not have permission.
