I don't know that this is reliable ... but for fun I put screenshots of the Sanskrit-looking words into Google Translate Images ... using "Sanskrit" gave no results ... but choosing "detect language" gave this for two of the words, upper right and upper left

Looking at it more, I think it might be the famous "I am time, destroyer of all" quote that Oppenheimer mangled starting on the left column. But I can't figure out if that's right and my sanskrit is not good enough to fill in the gaps
