By short, do you mean the typical 18-24 months for a minority Parliament? The NDP will need a year, Pierre has to “quit” some poor Alberta MP, take their seat and quell dissenters. If May is Speaker, then surely two Dippers can be enticed or a broader agreement reached in exchange for party status?
