She clearly doesn't like hot sauce; doesn't even understand the use case, I'd wager. No one who actually *likes* hot sauce puts fucking Tabasco first. It's a fucking ingredient, not a condiment. And it's downhill from there; one of the recommendations is "more of a sweet chilli", for fucks sake
that said, you got me thinking about how we use it. Sriracha only thing we use an ingredient, otherwise we use whatever we have in the cupboard to add warmth if a finished recipe isn't hot enough. Hardly ever as just a dollop on a plate. Make of that what you will.
