Conversely, in the uk it was transphobes that confirmed that gay marriage was illegal back in the 60s.

Trans women had the right to change ther birth certs until a rich cunt didnt want to pay alimony to his trans ex-wife, so he sued and argued she was really a man and gay marriage is illegal.

Gay marriage had never been tested in the UK (legally) until then, and the judge agreed. Declaring that trans people couldn't change their birth certs and gay marriage was illegal.
