Good read! Question - is @cnet.com.web.brid.gy the official CNET Bluesky account? When I signed up for BlueSky I went looking for CNET and IGN to start, but wasn't sure if the ones I found were official accounts. Since there are no posts for the CNET account I was skeptical of it.

Trying to determine which accounts are real and which are squatters/imposters is one of the pain points that I am finding with BlueSky. Perhaps a dumb feature, but the ability for an account to verify/display their other social accounts would help users gain trust and traction on the platform.
