I went to Wal Mart to get baby formula and had to wait 10 minutes for the person with the jewelry case key to come unlock it. Then they wouldn't give it to me and insisted I tell them which checkout lane I was going to use so they could leave it there. I left without the formula.

Theft is what has caused all of this and I get it with the profit vs loss that these stores have gone thru.

Our detergent (!?), liquor and batteries are locked up in our grocery, and I am positive it's losing them business. I buy em all online now.
