Section 59 of the Canadian Criminal Code deals with sedition, which includes expressing or advocating seditious intentions, publishing seditious libel, or engaging in a seditious conspiracy. Essentially, it makes it illegal to incite rebellion against the government.
That was laid bare in her justification for clearing a path for a referendum on sovereignty.
The answer: nakedness political ambition and partisanship.
