Yeah. Both are very strange idioms. Like “shit on a stick,” “motherfucker” (which, 13 year old me changed to “brotherfucker,” because for some reason, sounded less weird), or “tough shit,” In that vein, my mom always liked “tough titty said the kitty… but the milk’s still good”
