That’s really hard. Gut problems are rife in endurance running. It’s often to do with a reduction in blood supply. I’ll do a short thread on the small amount that I know sometime soon.

I had this issue (retching etc) for the 1st time a few weeks back, miles 30 to 50 on a 100. Taken aback I bailed at half way. I'm nearly sure it was insufficient fluids and/or salts. Could've fixed it, perhaps, given a bit of time and insight. Lesson learned.
