No, as someone who lives in Dean's district I am suggesting that not only do you not have a factual perspective on anything going on here, but that you might consider this and be a little deferent in your carpetbagging smugness.
I attended every debate and relevant event for this race, and have lived in this district for years while paying lots of attention to the local politics. You're very wrong in your description of why Dean lost, towards your own political aims rooted in bad economics.
Huge spending by venture capitalists and the real estate industry against him. An electorate very hostile to incumbents (our mayor also lost). And while being attacked by YIMBYs, he was also being attacked by NIMBYs as the only candidate *supporting* a controversial housing dev in a rich nabe.
This is a pretty silly joke to try and make, I'm pretty confident in my own credentials around discussing economics - something which is not specified by associating yourself with communism.

it doesn’t matter where i’m from but you’re just looking for a reason to dismiss my criticism for an arbitrary reason
why’d he lose then?
"towards your own political aims rooted in bad economics" should be considered laudatory, coming from someone who labels themselves a communist!
