The weight of what they are doing do fellow human beings is just ... it's just too much.
I agree, and I resolve to keep going.
What assurances can our government provide to other nations when we lack dependable laws in which people can believe?

Court now rewards the Gov't for its behavior with
discretionary equitable relief is indefensible. We, as a Nation and a court of law, should be better than this. I respectfully dissent."
It is a short opinion, by SCOTUS standards.
But what it lacks in length it makes up for in weight. This is a heavy moment.
