If Trump killed congestion pricing, it would only strengthen support for it in the places that matter: big cities run by Democrats. Not to mention NYC could blame their traffic on him. Would be good long-term IMO.

SCOOP: The DOT is discussing whether to withdraw a key federal authorization that the tolling plan received last year. Such a move would almost certainly touch off a legal battle between the state and federal governments, and could effectively kill congestion pricing in its infancy.
