I'm trying to build a better routine for myself; Actually getting up early in the morning, making some toast and brewing coffee and trying to give myself a quiet moment just to relax before I just launch myself directly into work and thus anxiety.

I realise a problem of mine might be that I'm just trying to hurry things up as if they need to happen right now or otherwise they will not happen at all. It's a subconscious thing I'm trying to learn to get away from.
