I've been recommending Hazel Jane Plante to everrrrybody for the last couple weeks—LITTLE BLUE ENCYCLOPEDIA and ANY OTHER CITY are both a little strange, beautifully rendered, dreamy-in-a-good-way. More oddball than challenging, but so so so good.
