President Trump is suing the Pulitzer Board because it awarded its prize to the Washington Post and the New York Times for their reporting on Russian interference in the 2016 election. Today a Florida judge denied Pulitzer's bid to pause the lawsuit. Here's @oliverdarcy.bsky.social's take.

These cases are corrupt.
Trump can't be deposed.
He definitely can sit for a deposition, he's done it before (see E. Jean Carroll lawsuit).
But I disagree that SCOTUS would intervene to prevent his deposition or prevent sanctions for refusing a deposition. SCOTUS hasn't always been in tRUmp's corner. But we'll see.
And I don't think you can compare lawsuits involving tRUmp with lawsuits not involving tRUmp.
We'll have to agree to disagree here.
DonTheCon hates when anyone else wins a prize and is jonesing for a Nobel for his phoney “cough” peace “cough” extortion racket.
Also, Russia, Russia, Russia, has turned out to be true, true, true.
Wonder if the judge will take that into account?
Makes zero sense.
I despise this regime more every effing day.
