That is, if any Nintendo or Sony titles (other than Astrobot) were nominated, they'd automatically be flagged as "No", since they never credit their outsourced TLs. Same goes for many other smaller-scale releases this year.

Yes, those are NOE (and NOA) internal staff, which are systematically credited. However, Nintendo also relies on external agencies (namely Localsoft and PTW) which never credits their subcontractors.
