I was a waiter way back when at a Spur and the bowl of water with lemon in that you used if you ate ribs to clean them - well the amount of customers that used to drink this not realizing the true use was crazy so no surprise 🤣

To be fair, the case with the older woman the coffee was served well above a safe temperature (and corporate required the coffee to be held at 170-190F) and caused 3rd degree burns across her legs requiring skin grafts. And that wasn't an isolated incident.
