One of the bigger accounts says that it's a mistake if we all leave Twitter that we need to fight against the misinformation etc. Maga already proved to us that they will not listen to anything we have to say. We can keep each other informed right here.
Those "big" accounts feel big there. They are Twatter famous, so they need everyone to stay under the premise of "fighting back" so they can continue to be Kartwittians and won't have to start over.

A blue news option would mostly be telling liberals what they want to hear. I’m wondering if there’s a better way to communicate to the average moderate American, who isn’t paying that much attention but might be hearing lies from their friends. If there’s a way to contribute to that, I’m in!
I assume they don’t want people to leave since they have a giant account that they have to rebuild here. Many also monetize their accounts so it’s about 💰I never subscribed or paid for twitter so I nuked my account.

The people who say "you can't fight if you leave the battlefield" are trying to sell you that: 1) Elon has the only battlefield, while 2) Despairing that they're losing their sway over a piece of it, the piece you were fighting from.
Even before the takeover, the former always felt like I was writing a note into the abyss. No one ever saw my posts. I’ve gotten more natural engagement here in 2 days than I ever did on the others. And the experience is a gajillion times better. No question
And towards the end it seemed like everybody had blue checks. I stopped responding to blue check accounts. Except the good ones that I followed and were just trying to make a buck.
Exactly 💯 this. There are some decent ones but for the most part they thought they were better than anybody else. I love accounts like Kaylan and AntifaPuddinPop because they engage with everyone. I decided to delete the big ones if they come here and do the same bs.
I posted a helpful link to a site that tells them hot to get onto Bluesky and find the people they follow over here. Had to type the url manually because Twitter was stripping it out of a url paste.
The way it works is that the browser needs to be on your X followers or following page. It uses your bluesky ID and password to analyze what it finds with BlueSky's users.
It does not need your X login.

Many are foreign programmers. People that Musk disrespects. Yet they bent over and did exactly what he wanted to weaponize the algorithm with misinformation and weight it to the Right...in the midst of an election.
