We need to do something like this in Seattle. Still frustrates me that there's zero vision for outdoor winter space in the city.

Unfortunately, this arcade's days are numbered. It will be replaced with a stroad.
I agree Seattle could use spaces like it though.
Malls are seemingly failing, so covered outdoor shopping with apartments above would be an upgrade.
