Simple solution: free movement for Remain voters, no free movement for Leave voters. Sorted. Everyone happy.

Wouldn't be surprised if London got this under the premise of a Pilot Scheme, with a promise (not gonna happen) to roll out over rUK if successful.

What about people who couldn't vote at the time?

My youngest, too young in both the independence & EU referendums
