"Strong men" will always appeal to a section of the masses because they seem to offer quick solutions and easy answers to complex problems. What happens next... is that the world... always falls apart as those quick solutions and easy answers turn out to be a lot of dangerous bollocks.

A bully may only need to be confronted once, alone, to cease & desist his/her narcissistic behaviours.
Being weak and useless but shouting a lot doesn't make them strong.
