We have basically infinite money at our disposal to build or buy all the weapons, vehicles and ammo Ukraine needs. We just need to be willing to do it, and make it easier on ourselves by ignoring the austerity fetishists.

I am not against that but arms production is far more finite than any dollar inputs
artillery shell prices have nearly quadrupled since the war in Ukraine began for instance

In this scenario we would be building factory after factory, much like Rheinmetall has done in the past 3 years. I was not suggesting that we throw 300bn € at like two production lines and expect it to work.
