Not the best book, but it did teach me that burnout can manifest in people in entirely different ways. It can look like depression, or it can stress out your body into sickness!
Do something fun. Plan to go to an event. Reach out to some friends. Do anything other than attack the endless list of Things That Need Doing.
Forget earning a break, you deserve a break.
