I’m on a long bus ride. My watch just buzzed to remind me to get up and get moving. Should I start doing calisthenics in the aisle?

Your job is to form a conga line on the bus. Hurry up and go!

You know how people are in the Lower Mainland. They’d just stare at their phones and pretend they didn’t see me.

I say this from experience. I once fell on the bus and was lying in the aisle and literally no one moved or reacted. Weird!

Holding difficult stretches should get your heart rate up without disrupting other passengers (if I may suggest a forward fold)
Otherwise tapping your feet and hands to music. Won’t burn the most calories but at least it’s not idle haha

I’m off the bus and about to go on a long walk, so I didn’t end up having to behave weirdly on the bus :)
