Non-citizens ARE voting. Voting is a tool of democracy. There are places where all residents register to vote so that they can be canvassed on questions. Ballots questions are routinely limited to qualified voter, by district or political party or residency. Citizenship is no different than address.

Married people (including some men) can take along their marriage certificate to prove legal name change. What the act doesn’t do is protect elections from Rs who commit fraud by voting multiple times or use dead relatives’ ballots to vote. Reported election fraud is committed 99.9% by Rs. Fix that!
