Right-wing media is too busy covering (or covering up) Prince William and Kate Middleton's vacation in Mustique.
There was also their fairly recent skiing vacay in the Alps.

I have no idea. I thought CPAC would at least cover the PM's speech. The only ones covering it are local stations, the Royals watchers, and the Invictus Games themselves. I'm stuck in the U.S. right now and I can't access their website.

Virtual Private Network (VPN) I would suggest is a "very good" piece of software to use whenever on a public WiFi network. Even when not, it can allow you to "show" that you are somewhere that you are not, allowing access to CPAC even when out of the country. So for safety and access!
