We've decided to provide candidates with 10 signals. This means that an AEA signal is still much more valuable. EJME signals are meant to convey some interest in a position but not as heavily as AEA signals.

For candidates, this could mean that you, for example, use the signals to express your interest in a particular European region (e.g., if you want to work primarily in Spain).
