just from a folklore point of view, "attractive hooded man kills billionaire head of hated business with bullets inscribed with political slogans and then vanishes" is narratively breathtaking

Call us crazy…but a young dynamic Democrat needs to step forward even before the inauguration and announce candidacy for Presidency in ‘28 and start with populist campaign messages of Tax The Rich & Stop The Oligarchy.
I have never personally been one to advocate for violence, but at some point you have to wonder as a CEO "Am I pushing my consumers past the breaking point?". Today's CEO's forgot to ask that.
Indeed. And, just to be clear, I do not condone violence. AND, I send condolences to the victim's family and friends. I was just "Blueskying", or, musing about how I feel that we needed to avoid crowd think and broaden the scope of possibilities in the conversation.
Sure. But this kind of violence isn’t rational. This cold blooded murder is chilling and I’m not sure we should be happy the perp is still on the streets.
We never wring our hands when a cancer victim is murdered by delayed tests. Is it the detachment from the murder that makes it palletable? Is it because this killing had less bureaucracy to disguise itself? No corporation to difuse the blame? Or that it didn't make the shareholders money?
Suicide rates are going to go up, and sadly one of the most likely increases will be the LGTBQ community. And, I suspect - if they gut healthcare like they want to- we will see veteran rates rise as well. All of this was so easily avoidable.
That's gotta be some of the reason everyone is so enamored by this story, both because of the awe-inspiring consequences this has already had, plus it's just a cool as fuck story
I am not going to lie, I wholeheartedly agree with you🙋🏽♀️. I struggle as a Christian with this,so let God be his ONLY judge. I hope that he's somewhere safe🙏🏽.
Well at least people won’t have to pay for their own anesthesia right away if their doctor’s run long in surgery. Sadly they probably will need to in a few months when the publicity slow down.
You hit the nail on the head. This is the beginning of a class war. The income inequality in this country is obscene and unjust. People have had enough!
🎶And you didn't see me here
No, they never did see me here
And she's in my dreams
Into the mist, into the clouds, Don't leave
I make a fist, I'll make it count
And there are places I will never ever go
And things that only Carolina will ever know 🎶
Stop it! You're making me want to go back and play all the Assassin's Creed games that I've put aside, so I could play Medieval Dynasty and relax. Nothing there to bother you, except a few bandits, bison and wild boar.
Yes, and it's important to put the proper context and history to those people elevate as "heroes", if he, and his crew, had succeeded there well could have been another Inquisition in England. Not that the Protestants were great....
While the killing disturbs me a lot - murder is not the answer- Kinda sounds like Robin Hood. Good looking villain, super rich victim. You have to wonder how this guy became so driven to murder.
The story lives on. This song fits.

Oh it's such a delicious story! I've got chapters in my head too...he escapes through central park, where he ditches his backpack and changes his clothes. This is where our heroine sees him for the first time.
Wait… the CEO’s widower is going to move to the country to escape the grief. The killer, has also blended into a small town to mourn the loss of his wife and erase the murder from his mind. Oh, no…
There were going to meet at a ball game where he coaches the team playing her kids. One of them gets hurt, he has the assistant coach take over and he takes the injured kid to the hospital. (Yes, you know where this is heading - undiagnosed, life threatening w/o expensive cure)
The second meeting could be with the dog in a park, with the other child. Yes. That’s how he learns if the terrible disease and brings the dog to the hospital to cheer the sick kid up.
Don’t encourage me. There are like 4 more chapters already in my head, including the penultimate scene where she finds a two unused rounds in his closet with inscriptions on them. She reads them - Love, Forgive - through tears.
These are his dark thoughts. When he has the second glass of whisky at night, he tinks of his past. He turns them over in his hand. Will he end his life over the grief? Does he really have anything to live for? But that sick child in the hospital*…he knows he could make a difference…

Maybe rethink your life choices, if you're worried.
When someone takes out a man that's been murdering people with spreadsheets rather than a gun, what are we supposed to feel?
Just like the first one.
The only way to avoid it was to defeat trump on Election Day, and apathetic voters didn’t bother to vote.
because thats what those executives are: serial killers by proxy.
a bunch of jeffrey dahmers in a suit and nobody but maybe their families are going to fkn cry for them
Death, homelessness, misery, suffering is the lot of the pleb who believes big business cares about them.
Business and politician care not one jot
Are we witnessing the start of an anti billionaire class war?
No, they never did see me here

Unbelievable I know but why does my only review complain that it’s too political?
SciFi political parody is supposed to be “political”.

(Murh, which has totally reversed from what it meant on the start)
(and he was not the leader & pivotal Person in the plot)

Modern day Robin Hood...
Hey Corporate America.. Take heed, people are fed up with your freaking greed.
