#Ohio SB1/HR6 would require public posting of all course syllabi keyword searchable with all topics and readings. This isn’t about students choosing courses— they don’t go up until the first day of classes. This is about mining the syllabi for artificial outrage then harassing the faculty.
This will result in political surveillance of courses and faculty at Ohio public unis, with all the risks and dangers that implies. It puts faculty lives and academic freedoms at risk!
