Trump is not the problem. Even his fellow politicians are not the problem. They are a problem, a big problem. But the problem is the cult of ignorant supporters who mindlessly ignore facts and truth to elect someone who pretends to hate whom they hate.
You could argue that, and you might be right. But, if they don't vote, they are likely to be uninformed or disinterested. Not sure I want them to vote.
While I am obviously for democracy, I do at times wish that the Constitution restricted voting to people who could pass a basic civics course.
Roughly one-third of eligible voters is a huge issue, but most of them don't ever vote . Only a small% could've changed things. Even more concerning lately, I've seen some articles about uncounted mail-in ballots and discrepancies. I don't know if it'll matter. 🧵
We know Donald interfered in all three elections with both foreign and domestic influences: the 2016 Mueller report and the hush-money case that made him a felon; the 2020 insurrection, fake electors, and more. This election, we don't yet know what all he has done. Or how it affected the election
True. But, it almost doesn't matter because there is no provision to remedy the situation. It obviously matters in planning for the next election, but there really is nothing we can do about it this time.
Certainly doesn't leave much if voters responses against the empty Dem leaders. Now Dems face another blow up if a M Obama doesn't get a look.

trump didn't create the deplorables, they were always there in the woodwork, he just enabled them.
I think the movement will flounder looking for a replacement for trump once he is gone, but it won't go away any time soon.
