I see others in @natetice.bsky.social, @qbklass.bsky.social and Cory Giddings doing so well after they worked their way through B/R's Scouting Dept., and it brings me so much joy.

On a personal note, I still can't believe this year's draft class was my 22nd covering the event professionally.

In the end, talent evaluation is a VERY tough business that requires thick skin. Everyone who's ever done it understands how difficult it can be at times.

But I will say that I love our draft community and it's filled with genuinely good people who put in the work and deserve their flowers.
