does anyone have any suggestions for something portable yet tasty to take on mardi gras day? ideal would be something that doesn’t need reheating because oven space is limited

No one cares if those are room temp, you’ll absolutely bring home an empty tray.
Or even put some hot water in the chest and then the food in Ziploc bags to keep them watertight, kinda the reverse thing for cold items.
