I wrote a few piece with a guy behind bars in Virginia last year and every e-mail I sent him (or him to me) was .40.
If there's a cage to lock a person including children in, there's countless people making a buck off it

State of AL made almost $500 million/yr off forced prison labor.
If an inmate was sick & couldn't work they were punished sometimes severely.
One bama city got rid of all their landscapers/lawn maintenance & started using prison labor to save $$ and not have to pay benefits.
I can totally see them doing this.
