The “public assemblies” part is insidious because it can literally just be like Kroger or the doctor office. Any place with 10 random people. Even when nobody calls the cops, it’s still going to encourage public aggression towards people wearing masks.

I caught a rioting charge in 2020 in Indiana for loudly asking the sheriff over the sound of screams and cop gunfire why the cops were tear gassing peaceful protesters so it's not like you even get to actually riot to get rioting charges around here
