New York doesn't need a mayor, they need a council of cool smart people. One guy could be a scientist. Maybe he has really long arms. Y'know, to reach stuff for people. Then you could have a really strong guy for lifting up all the heavy stuff in the city. Then a lady who's invisible and a fire guy.
