A beautiful video however I have to point out they have to be friends and know each other. Otters, especially sea otters normally lure dogs into deep water then drown them. Please don't let your pup "play" with wild otters, they are not friendly.
If your dog has had a flea or worm treatment recently it will have now contaminated the water and will kill the local invertebrates - the little creatures that fish eat, the food for the fish that the otter eats. Please keep dogs out of the water.
