B12 tablets need to dissolve in saliva so that haptocorrin and intrinsic factor proteins can bind to the vitamin. My summer was spent with the bees and the sunflowers, trying to see what I could do with those subjects. Some of it was corny, but looking at these images in the dead of winter reminds me that the world changes swiftly and we have to be prepared to catch it.

I am finishing the touches on a new Linux machine. It was a all-in-one touch screen Dell, and I wiped it and put Ubuntu on it. I think it's important to have at least one device that is not controlled by an evil corporation. Windows and Apple are not trustworthy companies.

I still see a lot of accounts whose message is 100% the Democrats should not be in office. There are a ton of people promoting that message, and they promoted it during the primary and during the general election. Don't trust progressives whose actual message is that Trump should be president.
