"The #Gulf of America is a toxic cesspool of racist #xenophobia and #nativism. The selection of the name was gravely wrong the day it was decided and will be changed back in the course of history.

Because mapping and navigation software is so commonly used, Alphabet has put itself in a potential liability hole with this too. By not following international naming conventions, any death or injury due to renaming and not following standard names, puts the company and its shareholders at risk.
